We have formed an indoor bowls group that plays at Banister Park Bowling Club. The club is located off Stoneham Lane in Eastleigh and hosts a full size, eight-rink indoor green.

There is no formal dress code, but flat soled shoes would be required (a limited number are available to borrow at the club). You can use your own set of bowls, but if you don’t have any, there are some available to use at the club.

Coaching is available and there is a bar at the club for when you need a break!

We play on the 2^nd and 4^th Wednesday afternoons each month at 2pm for 2 hours. Rinks are reserved for u3a members (other u3as also attend).

Whether you are an experienced player or a complete beginner, a warm welcome awaits. You would be asked to arrive 15 minutes early to enable coaching and rinks to be sorted out.

The cost is £5 per visit, you are not committed to attend at each opportunity.
